2. Is your jewellery handmade?

Yes. Every Margaret Pearl piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully assembled with attention to detail. While certain components are professionally produced to ensure consistency and durability, each piece is carefully finished and curated to meet our quality standards.

3. Do you offer custom orders?

At the moment, we focus on our ready-to-wear collections. Custom designs may be introduced in the future - we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, Margaret Pearl does not offer international shipping.

We currently ship within UK. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future - please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings may be non-returnable (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Margaret Pearl jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with craftsmanship or materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals or moisture.

If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us with your order details and clear photos.

8. Can I send jewellery as a gift?

Absolutely. Every Margaret Pearl piece arrives in elegant, gift-ready packaging.

You may also include a personalised message at checkout, and we will add it to your order.
